We provide fair planning, supplier introductions, travel/visa coordination, and sourcing support. Deliverables and fees are defined only in a written quotation or agreement.

2. Enquiries

Form submissions are non-binding. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about fair services. You may opt out of marketing anytime.

3. Payments

Packages are quoted separately in INR unless stated otherwise. Third-party costs (flights, hotels, badges) may apply. Refund rules follow your signed booking terms.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, obtain valid travel documents, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for contracts with exhibitors and factories.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
